Yes, we offer a stipend to all our interns. However, live project interns do not get a stipend.
We hire interns only via campus placements.
Both technical and non-technical teams have different hiring processes.
For technical roles, the hiring process involves a technical test, followed by two rounds of interviews.
For non-technical positions, the hiring process begins with resume/portfolio screening, and thereafter we have two rounds of interviews.
Kindly note that campus joiners from NIFT have a test as the first round of shortlisting.

Yes, we have a flexible working policy, keeping in mind our employees’ safety, convenience, and productivity. We operate in a hybrid module of working from home and the office. However, schedules and work arrangements are based on business needs and are at the manager’s discretion.
